TES was formed in 2001 by a group of seasoned business aviation maintenance professionals. Together they brought over 250 years of experience and the desire to better serve customers with expert, efficient and quality field service when and where needed. This vision is something we still stand by today. With our acquisition by the Killick Aerospace Group in 2013, we look forward to leveraging new resources to expand and grow our business to better serve our customers worldwide.

TES occupies a newly renovated hangar at Meacham Field in Fort Worth, Texas. In addition, our repair crews around the world stand ready to respond to your needs when and where needed.

Tom Memering

Tom brings 28 years of experience in the aviation industry to TES. He started his career at an MRO facility in the engine division, first in operations and then as engine program manager. Patrick Etie

Patrick has over 28 years of experience in the Aviation industry. He has extensive experience with all Honeywell power plants and APU's in business aviation aircraft including 14 years experience on AS907 engines on 3 OEM platforms. Aaron Esparza

After earning his A&P, Aaron joined TES as a field service technician in 2008. During a decade of field service work across the world, Aaron became an expert in Honeywell engine and APU platforms. His attention to detail and keen focus on customers propelled him to a lead position and eventually to Program Director for Engines. John Kennedy

John is an accomplished industry veteran who joined TES after time at some of the largest companies in the industry working in a variety of technical, sales, and leadership roles. At TES, John is responsible for overseeing all aspects of APU Repair & Overhaul including developing innovative solutions for customers in consult with the OEM when needed. The APU program at TES has a fully certified test cell as well as an extensive parts inventory and technicians that are able to provide some of the quickest turn times in the industry thanks to John's leadership.
