Director of Sales • Fort Worth, TX

Position Overview:

Are you ready to lead a high-performing team in one of the most dynamic industries in the world? We are seeking an experienced, driven Sales Director to join our leadership team and help propel our aerospace manufacturing company into its next stage of growth.

As our Sales Director, you will be at the forefront of driving revenue and margin performance through strategic leadership of our inside and outside sales teams, as well as customer service. This role is critical in aligning sales efforts with market demands while partnering cross-functionally to deliver exceptional value to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and develop the sales and customer service teams to achieve company growth targets
  • Build and execute data-driven annual sales plans
  • Contribute to our Long-Range Business Plan with accurate sales forecasting
  • Collaborate with Program Management to price parts competitively and develop strategic package deals
  • Deliver market insights—fleet movement, utilization, and upcoming maintenance—to support planning
  • Partner with Supply Chain to reduce excess inventory and improve stock productivity
  • Manage key customer accounts and foster long-term relationships
  • Negotiate and manage customer contracts with precision
  • Uncover and pursue growth opportunities within the addressable market

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA a plus)
  • 10+ years of progressive sales leadership in aerospace or manufacturing
  • A proven track record of building successful sales strategies and leading results-driven teams
  • Deep knowledge of the aerospace sector and its evolving market landscape
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Experience working across departments in a matrixed organization
