Position Overview:
We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join our growing Customer Experience team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about aviation, driven by customer satisfaction, and ready to make a global impact. You’ll be the frontline liaison with business aircraft customers, ensuring seamless order management, exceptional communication, and service excellence around the clock.
Key Responsibilities:

Own the full customer order process, from quote to invoice

Respond to and resolve customer inquiries via phone and email

Manage RFQs, rentals, complaints, and technical issues with professionalism and care

Track orders and collaborate with internal teams (sales, warehouse, operations) to ensure timely delivery

Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and document service trends

Contribute to after-sales support, product promotion, and service improvements

Partner with Inside Sales to identify new opportunities

Deliver world-class support to our global customer base
Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree in marketing, business, or related aviation/customer service field or 3+ years of related experience
- Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of experience in the industry preferred
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving ability
- Ability to stay calm and effective in high-pressure situations
- Passion for delivering excellent customer experiences
