Customer Service Representative • Fort Worth, TX

Salary- $75,000-$80,000

Position Overview:

We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join our growing Customer Experience team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about aviation, driven by customer satisfaction, and ready to make a global impact. You’ll be the frontline liaison with business aircraft customers, ensuring seamless order management, exceptional communication, and service excellence around the clock.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the full customer order process, from quote to invoice

  • Respond to and resolve customer inquiries via phone and email

  • Manage RFQs, rentals, complaints, and technical issues with professionalism and care

  • Track orders and collaborate with internal teams (sales, warehouse, operations) to ensure timely delivery

  • Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and document service trends

  • Contribute to after-sales support, product promotion, and service improvements

  • Partner with Inside Sales to identify new opportunities

  • Deliver world-class support to our global customer base

Qualifications:

  • Associate’s degree in marketing, business, or related aviation/customer service field or 3+ years of related experience
  • Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of experience in the industry preferred
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving ability
  • Ability to stay calm and effective in high-pressure situations
  • Passion for delivering excellent customer experiences
