Supply Chain Analyst • Fort Worth, TX

Pay $70,000-$80,000

Job Description

TES is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to join its Supply Chain department, focusing on procurement, inventory management and optimization. As a Supply Chain Analyst, you’ll be responsible for evaluating and improving our end-to-end supply chain processes. You will work closely with procurement, production, and logistics teams to analyze data, forecast demand, streamline inventory management, and ensure timely material flow across our supply chain. This role is essential in ensuring we maintain high service levels while minimizing cost and lead time across a complex, high-value product line.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure operational and commercial performance for one or multiple product lines regarding inventory planning and material availability.
  • Analyze supply chain performance metrics
  • Sourcing and procuring aircraft components
  • Supporting the administration of repairs, cores and product line management
  • Processing customer order confirmations
  • Monitor procurement activities to ensure alignment with production schedules and customer requirements
  • Collaborate with suppliers to resolve issues related to delivery, quality, or capacity constraints
  • Resolving component non-conformance issues
  • Communicating informed risks within the business to key stakeholders
  • Supporting after-hours operations and weekends on a rotating schedule as necessary
  • Maintain compliance with aviation industry regulations and quality standards
  • May perform other duties as directed by Leadership

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred – Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field of study.
  • 2+ years of experience in Supplier Management/Procurement as a Purchasing Agent or Buyer is highly desired.
  • Experience with strategic sourcing and managing supplier performance is desired
  • Analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Motivated, highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau) and ERP systems (e.g., Corridor, Quantum)
